Family Home, East Preston

Comprehensive renovation works were undertaken to replace the existing roof, together with side and first floor extensions, extensive internal and external remodelling, and all associated external works.

The lounge and living space were separated by a pair of Crittall doors, providing access to the dining area and kitchen while allowing natural light to flow throughout.

The connection between the new kitchen and the garden was enhanced through the addition of a bi-folding window and a countertop installation without a splashback, creating the impression that the countertop extends seamlessly into the garden.

Furthermore, the generous use of windows and light colour tones enhances the sense space and openness.
