New England Style Beachside Home, West Sussex

Having received a fundamental brief to completely alter the appearance and extend/alter an already substantial house, we proposed a ‘New England’ style range of finishes and detailing to suit the coastal location. We went on to design and obtain planning permission, private estate consent and building regulations approvals. Construction work to create this impressive seaside residence was completed in the summer of 2021.
